Young Woman with Two Potted Plants by Edouard de Beaumont
$29.00
Print only, frame not included
A young woman in a pale green dress with a white collar bends over a small table to look closely at two flowerpots, each holding a single young seedling. Her hair is pinned up, and the background is left as plain paper with a few light pencil lines. The words 'La Terre' are written below the drawing.
Edouard de Beaumont made this drawing in pencil and the brush in colors. The Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam, dates it to 1822–1888 and records the title La Terre (The Earth). The sheet is shown whole, with plain paper added at the edges to reach the format.
Lab-printed to order on luster photo paper, in a 4:5 format: 8×10, 16×20, 24×30 and 40×50 inches. A gentle portrait for a bedroom, a kitchen or a plant lover's corner.
