How are your prints made?

Every print is made to order by a professional photo lab in California. We print it only after you order, then ship it straight to you.

What paper do you print on?

All prints are made on luster photo paper.

What sizes are available?

Each print comes in one aspect ratio, and its product page lists the sizes for that print. Sizes are in inches.

• 4:5: 8×10, 16×20, 24×30, 40×50
• 2:3: 8×12, 12×18, 16×24, 20×30, 24×36, 40×60
• 1:2: 8×16, 10×20, 12×24, 40×80
• 1:1: 8×8, 10×10, 16×16, 20×20, 36×36, 40×40
• 1:3: 10×30

A few prints are sold in a single size only.

How long does it take to get my order?

Prints are produced in 1–2 business days, framed prints in 5–7 business days. Delivery then takes 2–5 business days (up to 7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii). You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 pay a flat $9.95. We ship to all 50 US states; we don't ship internationally yet.

What if my print arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?

Email info@wall.art within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement, or refund you in full if a replacement isn't possible. You don't need to send anything back.

Can I return a print if I change my mind?

No. Every print is made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including ordering the wrong size. See our returns and refunds policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, as long as your order hasn't gone into production. Email info@wall.art as soon as possible. Once production has started, the order can't be cancelled.

Do you offer framing?

On some prints. When a product page has a Frame option (Black Frame or White Frame), the print is also sold framed, in 16 x 20, 20 x 30 or 24 x 36 inches, made by the same lab. Every other print is sold as a print only, frame not included, even where the product photos show it in a frame.
